Responsibilities: 

• Diagnosing and resolving network issues promptly
• Collaborating with peer technicians to implement solutions
• Maintaining and optimizing network performance
• Conducting routine network audits to ensure security and compliance
• Providing technical support to end-users and addressing their concerns
• Documenting network configurations, changes, and procedures
• Responsible for understanding, supporting and actively demonstrating the College’s beliefs, values, mission, and vision and being in agreement to be evaluated by same.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
• Two years of related experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with various network hardware and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements
